Tasks

-Contribute to the development of internal digital tools and sustainability strategies. -Lead or support whole-life carbon assessments on high-profile international projects. -Work collaboratively across disciplines within a fully integrated design studio environment. -Work on some of the most ambitious and innovative design projects in the world. -For senior candidates: mentor team members, facilitate client workshops, and represent sustainability at key project stages. -Translate complex carbon and circularity data into clear visual communications and practical design guidance. -Integrate circular economy principles and materials reuse strategies from early concept through to end-of-life. -Learn from and collaborate with leading experts across architecture, structural engineering, environmental analysis, and digital design. -Use advanced tools and workflows including OneClick LCA, BIM, and parametric modelling to drive sustainable material choices.

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability + Environmental Design team. Level: Mid–Senior (title flexible: Designer, Engineer, or Consultant depending on background) Sustainability Specialist – Embodied Carbon & Circular Economy Apply now with your CV and a portfolio demonstrating your work in embodied carbon, circular economy, or related sustainability domains. Let me know if you'd like a version adapted for internal HR systems, LinkedIn, or a more technical applicant audience. -3–7+ years of experience working on embodied carbon, LCA, and circular design within the built environment. -Skilled in OneClick LCA or similar tools (e.g. SimaPro, Tally) and confident using Revit/BIM workflows. -Professional background in architecture, engineering, or environmental design. -Strong communicator, both visually and verbally, with the ability to influence and collaborate across design teams. -Proficient with tools and standards such as EN 15978, RICS NRM, ISO 14040, LETI benchmarks, and GLA WLC guidance.
