Field-based sales exec delivering training & growth for Dulux retail stores in Brisbane.

Tasks

-Support merchandising standards to ensure Dulux products are presented to market-leading levels. -Identify business opportunities and implement growth plans for assigned stores. -Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders to drive sales and category growth. -Deliver engaging in-store training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales confidence among paint department staff. -Maintain accurate store reporting and activity tracking through CRM and internal systems.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in sales, training, or account management — ideally in retail, FMCG, or related industries. -A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Brisbane metro area and northern Gold Coast. -Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. -Ability to work autonomously, plan your schedule effectively, and manage multiple store priorities.
