Support planned power outages by notifying customers, managing jobs, and assessing network requests.

Tasks

-Managing changes to planned outages and liaising with customers to resolve complaints. -Raising jobs in corporate systems and preparing lists of affected customers. -Supporting continuous improvement by monitoring processes, capturing feedback, and addressing non-conformances quickly. -Contributing to minimising GS4 failures and improving customer service by detecting and correcting inaccuracies in customer records. -Assessing outage requests by interpreting 11kV and LV network diagrams and authorising or referring requests for engineering assessment. -Providing a customer notification service for planned shutdowns, ensuring customers and utilities are informed promptly and accurately.

What You Bring

-Methodical, well-organised, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. -Able to interpret technical diagrams and assess conflicting data to make accurate decisions. -Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident learning bespoke systems. -A strong communicator who can build effective relationships internally and externally. -Experienced in administrative roles with strong organisational skills.
