The Role
Overview
Provide admin, purchasing, AP, and clerical support for construction and architecture/engineering teams.

Tasks
-Track time sensitive document approvals -Assisting with vendor lien waivers. -Assisting both Departments with various administrative tasks. -Prepare and understand entity contracts, including terms and conditions -Auditing invoices, statements, purchase orders, etc. -Ensure all closeout documentation is received -Prompt and efficient data entry of AP invoices and purchase orders. -Tracking subcontracting labor invoice costs and progress payments. -Assist in the monitoring of job progression -Organize and maintain physical and digital files

What You Bring
-JDE and Onbase experience preferred -Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices -Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with employees and vendors. -Self-starter, attention to detail, and thoroughness. -Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service -Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) -Associate’s Degree preferred -3 or more years of experience as a bookkeeper, office manager, or in a related accounting function -Solid verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
