The Role

Provides HR admin support, handling onboarding, records, and employee inquiries.

Tasks

-May assist in the recruitment of professional and technical employees. -Assists in the documentation of company policies, procedures, and practices. -Works with management to determine manpower requirements and keeps the manpower job postings and documentation up to date. -Welcomes employees on their first day by completing new hire paperwork and facilitating new hire orientation. -Acts as a resource to employees by answering questions regarding human resources or labor relations related topics. -Provides administrative support to the HR department to include, but not limited to: entering performance reviews and reprimands, administration of the company uniforms, I9 tracking, unemployment paperwork, and entering time off requests.

What You Bring

-2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required. -2 Year / Associate Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
