Tasks
-Provides services that meet or exceed customers’ expectations -Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation -Employ sound risk management principles that meet or exceed project and regional business profitability goals, and establish and ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met -Facilitate meetings with customers and respond promptly to customers’ requests -Engage in a collaborative work environment between internal and external stakeholders -Build trust among peers and customers by developing strong relationships

We are looking for skilled individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and are driven to succeed. -Good time management skills required -Familiarity with construction management software preferred -Unmatched Shift Differentials -Experience in construction management and/or Bachelor's degree in related field required -General accounting knowledge preferred -Excellent verbal and written communication skills required -Analytical and problem-solving skills required -Knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metals preferred -Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications required -This position is located in all of our offices, which includes Topeka, KS, Manhattan, KS, Overland Park, KS, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX. -Good negotiating skills required
