Tasks
As a Portfolio Manager for US Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), you will lead the development and execution of strategies under various state Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS). You will manage a dynamic portfolio of REC products, support deal structuring, and collaborate across teams to drive innovation and value in the renewable energy space. -Work with cross-functional teams to manage risks and identify synergies with power and renewable portfolios. -Monitor regulatory developments and market trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities. -Enhance portfolio management tools and contribute to valuation and risk infrastructure development. -Develop and execute strategies for US REC markets, including pricing, risk assessment, and market analysis. -Collaborate with originators to structure and price long-term offtake agreements and bespoke REC solutions. -Manage and optimize a portfolio of REC contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial and risk objectives.

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of US REC markets and Renewable Portfolio Standards. -Familiarity with risk management and trading strategies. -Entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail. -3-5 years of experience in environmental markets, with a focus on RECs and portfolio management. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Quantitative (Python, SQL, Excel) and analytical skills with experience in structured environmental contracts.
