Winter Skid Steer Operator

Overview

Operate skid steer to clear snow/ice for commercial properties, on-call part-time

Tasks

-Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered. -Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions. -Follow all health & safety regulations -Load own truck -Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal -Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used. -Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal. -Operate pickup truck pulling a skid steer from site to site to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
