-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. -Liaise with the restoration team to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery. -Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline. -Prepare reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. -Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating more business. -Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote our services and value proposition. -Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. -Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. -Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build contacts and generate leads.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. -Self-motivated and driven with a ‘you eat what you bring in’ mindset. -Proven work experience as an outside sales representative. -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred. -Excellent time management and organizational skills.
