Support student residents, handle queries, maintain a safe, clean environment on weekends.

Tasks

-Assist with operational tasks such as post and parcel management, rent and booking support, sustainability initiatives, and seasonal turnaround activities. -Support sales and community engagement by handling enquiries, conducting viewings, attending events, and organising resident activities in line with company expectations. -Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment through regular cleaning, basic maintenance, safety checks, and coordination with contractors. -As a brand ambassador, provide exceptional care by connecting with residents, listening to their needs, and ensuring prompt resolution or escalation of issues.
