Tasks

-Promote net zero carbon transition, proactively managing carbon emissions during project delivery. -Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. -Advise on procurement strategies, contract administration, and best practice implementation. -Guide and develop commercial teams, driving key outcomes and continuous improvement. -Manage contractor and subcontractor performance, negotiations, and claims throughout project delivery. -Direct site-based delivery and execution, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal procedures. -Oversee cost and contract management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and profitability.
