

Custom‑engineers and manufactures high‑voltage power transformers across North America for utilities, industry and data centers.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance on matters related to talent management, organizational change, employee and labor relations, and engagement. You'll be at the forefront of directing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

Location: Pocatello, ID. Must be willing to relocate to Pocatello, ID, full relocation package and competitive salary offered.
Preferred Qualifications master’s or MBA; B.S. degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field. 7 – 10 years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility as a HR Manager and or Business Partner. Strong oral and written communication skills and experience with labor relations. Experience working in union and non-union manufacturing environment. Experience with driving employee engagement and positive employee relations with all levels of employees. Strong professional maturity / judgment and accustomed to dealing with confidential situations.
