Assist online sales team with customer support, prospecting, and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Proactively help manage digital library with information to provide customers on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities -Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week; where needed weekend availability -Assist online sales teams by conducting regular prospecting thru campaigns and other traffic generating and appointment setting activities -Assist online sales team with special projects as necessary -Assist online sales teams on daily tasks including reminders to customers for upcoming visits as well as after-visit follow up to ensure the community was a fit or provide another option -Track and update online sales team reports, Fix-it-Six dashboards, Future Community report and OSC Weekly Sales Report -Provide administrative support for the online sales team -Support, as needed, new community openings to assist with general customer email responses, inputting survey results and financial questionnaire application data. -Deliver an exceptional experience to customers who contact us through the web form submission -Provide online sales coverage as needed to teams experiencing extreme volume, coverage issues due to staffing shortages, National Sales Events and other customer generating events while understanding the more critical thinking involved with online sales -Selling: uses sales techniques to nurture customers and drive customer conversions to visit with our onsite sales experts -Create follow-up on a personal level and assign to online sales teams based on customer rating and interest -Monitor community websites to maintain accuracy -Update and maintain a FAQ for all communities assigned as a quick resource -Update customer information in Salesforce -Assist with onboarding new online sales consultants as needed

What You Bring
-High School Diploma or GED -Associates or Bachelor’s degree -Salesforce or CRM knowledge -Organizational Skills: technically savvy with organizational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail -Customer Service: professional and positive demeanor to quickly build rapport and trust with internal customers, championing the Toll Brothers brand -Collaboration: ability to be a team player and work with internal partners (Online/Onsite Sales) to service the customer -3+ years of sales, customer service, e-commerce or administrative experience -Knowledge of Microsoft Office -Communication: when speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely with ease -Demonstrate mastery level skills and teach others core applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, E1, etc. to complete business needs and update our customer information -Thrives in a fast paced and busy work environment -Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills -New home construction knowledge -Drives Results /Generates Traffic - 20%
