Lead site engineers in setting out, quality control, and safety for water treatment projects.

Tasks

-Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments. -Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations and compliance with the Company safe working practices. -Ensure Setting out the works is done to correct standards by yourself & the site team. -Liaise with the design department to ensure updated information is always used. -Ensure that the required quality records are maintained. -Agreement of site measurements and records with the client’s staff as required -Checking site work to ensure compliance with the specification and drawings. -Ensure good, honest and open lines of communication are established -In conjunction with other site staff ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with current legislation, the company health & safety policy, procedures and safe working practices -Ensure that the works are constructed to a good quality in line with the specification and good working practice. -Taking off quantities from drawings for measurement purposes and to assist in the preparation of requisitions. -Assist in the preparation of the construction completion documentation. -Assist in maintaining drawing files, drawing register and site filling system.

What You Bring

-Levelling & Surveying experience (using total stations & automatic levels) -First Aid at Work qualification -CSCS Supervision card -EUSR SHEA Water -Experience on water & waste water sites -BTEC National or HNC in Civil Engineering/Construction (minimum)
