Tasks

-Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required. -Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team. -Lead a team of mechanical engineers and provide mentorship. -Design and provide guidance for complex building automation control systems, air and hydronic systems. -Reviews monthly productivity and labor hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed. -Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy. -Work within a multidisciplinary team. -Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects. -Assigns projects to staff and schedules work. -Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products. -Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals. -Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team.
