Tasks
In this role, you’ll oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish — ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the bridge between homeowners, installers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and above expectations. -Utilize drone technology to capture before-and-after visuals for documentation and marketing. -Monitor progress across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion. -Review contracts and confirm project scope and expectations with homeowners. -Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners from start to finish. -Manage and document change orders, ensuring immediate communication and authorization. -Coordinate essential job site logistics, including dumpsters, porta-johns, and safety compliance. -Log returned materials and update CRM with accurate project data. -Provide proactive updates, address questions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. -Complete post-project inspections using our internal 50-point checklist. -Ensure all products are installed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. -Perform site visits and quality control inspections throughout each phase of the project. -Support the marketing team by collecting project photos, videos, testimonials, and reviews. -Schedule installation dates and manage all related logistics, materials, and installer assignments. -Identify opportunities for additional product sales and upgrades to drive revenue growth. -Manage project closeouts, payments, and final walkthroughs. -Oversee material orders, deliveries, and site readiness to ensure project efficiency. -Handle any challenges or escalations with professionalism and integrity.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in leadership, organization, and problem-solving — someone who’s as comfortable managing logistics as they are building relationships. If you love creating structure, motivating teams, and delivering results you can stand behind, this is the role for you. This is a full-time position based in New Jersey, with responsibilities that include frequent travel to job sites throughout the region. The role requires a consistent presence in the field and occasional visits to our Bergenfield headquarters for meetings and training. -Proficient in using CRM software. Job Nimbus Preferred -Committed to delivering an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish. -High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred. -Ability to read and interpret contracts, blueprints, and scopes of work. -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Driven, dependable, and solution-oriented. -Experience in residential exterior construction and safety. Roofing/Siding preferred. -Proficiency with CRM and project management software (experience with BuilderTrend or similar preferred). -Proven experience of at least 3 years in construction account management, project management, or a similar role. -Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. -Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue. -Comfortable using drone technology and mobile project tools (training provided if needed). -Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Punctual, proactive, disciplined, creative, efficient, and balanced.
