Tasks

-Work with internal departments and outside counsel on securities law, compliance, and disclosure matters. -Maintain corporate records, subsidiary management, and other entity compliance requirements. -Provide general legal support on contracts, compliance initiatives, and special projects as needed. -Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16 filings, and proxy statements.
