What You Bring

-Be able to walk the project and recognize details in the field. -Demonstrate a working understanding of the common materials in our projects -Excellent team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats -Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline -Communication: effectively communicate with subcontractors about the project and scope of work. -Be able to interpret the drawings through and across sets, submittals, and shops. -Ability to maintain focus while working in a high level, fast paced environment. -0-2 years of experience -Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks -Demonstrate an understanding of contract documents.
