Tasks

-Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures -Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage -Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions. -Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property HVA, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems. Including inspections and repairs

What You Bring

-Ability to learn quickly -High school diploma or GED graduate level -1-3 years of maintenance experience -Certifications relevant to the region in which the technician works, for example: EPA 608, Boiler Certification, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair are obtained within 9 months of employment or promotion -Basic trouble shooting skills -Ability to make repairs to resident homes to Company standards within time limits. -Basic understanding on at least one of the following disciplines: electrical, plumbing, carpentry -Required training courses completed within one (1) year of hire/promotion date. -Valid, state-issued driver’s license with a safe driving record is required.
