Tasks

-Provide Record Drawings based on the Contractor’s as-built drawings. -Conduct substantial completion inspections and prepare project punch lists. -Conduct final completion inspections. -Attend and conduct all related project meetings including the preconstruction conference, project meetings and other related project meetings. -Prepare requests for change proposals, review Contractor claims and change proposals, and prepare change orders, work change directive or field orders as required. -Monitor the Contractor’s progress per compliance with the contract documents and review and process the Contractor’s applications for payment. -Observe all construction activities at key milestones.
