Tasks

-Lead MDM implementation programs from conceptualization to execution -Create reference architectures for master data hubs, data quality processes, and integration layers -Define program governance frameworks, achievement plans, and success metrics -Coordinate multi-functional teams including business collaborators, data stewards, data owners, Digital, and vendors -Resolve complex architectural challenges related to data integration, quality, and synchronization -Serve as the principal advisor to business and IT leadership on MDM capabilities, opportunities, and implementation approaches -Provide technical direction to development teams implementing and maintaining MDM solutions -Design, implement, and manage Informatica CDGC solutions for data governance and metadata management. -Define and evolve the enterprise MDM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives -Drive cultural change and promote data stewardship across the organization using Informatica CDGC -Design, configure, and manage Informatica MDM solutions to consolidate and unify master data. Implement Matching, Survivorship, and Deduplication rules to ensure Golden Records. -Establish governance structures, policies, and processes for sustainable master data management

What You Bring

-Demonstrable experience in leading enterprise-wide MDM programs and implementing MDM solutions across multiple domains. -Experience with Informatica MDM Platform. -A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred -Working knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Address Doctor -Extensive experience in data modeling, metadata management, and data quality practices -Profound understanding of MDM architectural patterns, implementation approaches, and standard methodologies -Data integration and transformation using tools such as dbt, Matillion, HVR. -Experience with agile development methodologies -Previous experience in or with 10+ years’ experience in data management with at least 5 years focused on MDM strategy and architecture -Show ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business collaborators and executives -Experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS -Expertise in data governance and metadata management using Informatica CDGC -Innovative & adaptable -Experience in developing MDM arguments, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks -Respectful and team oriented -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
