Overview

Perform routine and non‑routine plumbing maintenance in a prison facility.

Tasks

-Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults. -Mains water supply repairs. -Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.

What You Bring

-Current and competent in site systems including Air Handling Units, Air compressors and receivers, Filters, Fans, Pumps, Generators, Motor driven actuators, 3 port valves, gates and doors -Experience in operating light plant. -Strong communications skills. -Experience in a commercial environment. -NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is essential, with experience of around 10 years. -Legionella Control (L8) is desirable. -Membership of our Affinity Networks who connect, support and inspire diverse communities within Amey.
