Tasks
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll channel your sales drive and commercial mindset into recruitment—learning how to run a full desk, win new business, and place top talent with leading clients. -Target Driven Delivery: Work to KPIs and revenue goals, ensuring consistent performance. -Account Growth: Develop existing accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities and building strong relationships. -Pipeline Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat success. -Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the process end-to-end—from first client call to final placement. -Business Development: Use your sales skills to win new clients through calls, emails, and meetings. -Talent Acquisition: Learn to source, qualify, and place candidates across technical and engineering markets.
