Tasks

-To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements -To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures -To carry out diagnostic and fault finding -To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment -To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required -Covering HVAC maintenance incorporating AC, Chillers and VRF systems -To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant -To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner -Maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records

What You Bring

-To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time -Demonstrably IT literate particularly in Excel -Preferably served time as an apprentice -C&G 2079 F Gas or equivalent -NVQ level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or C&G/HNC (building services) or equivalent -Relevant Technical qualifications, eg: City & Guilds, (HNC or equivalent) -Clear communicator both oral and written -To understand and comply with policies and procedures -C&G 2078 safe handling certificate or CITB equivalent
