Tasks

Position Purpose: The Complex Manager position oversees and directs Facilities Maintenance manager for P.M. and emergency repair for Powerhouse, WWT and facility assets. Critical decision-making capabilities and excellent communication skills are required to plan and accomplish goals. The Complex Manager is responsible for generating revenue, overseeing project execution, and ensuring profitability. While maintaining a safe work environment. -Drive successful implementation of Leadec and customer strategic initiatives. -Provide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to encourage better decision making. -Maintain high ethical standards and an appropriate level of confidentiality. -Managing Tasks Ensuring that tasks are led to a very good result in a planned, systematic, and targeted manner in the customer's interest. -Accountable for sales, operating cash flow, P&L and legal compliance -Ensures that all project(s) safety guidelines at the site are adhered to in accordance with our safety program requirements. -Management of Leadec OS or other CMMS systems -Identify areas of improvement, maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, material consumption and equipment life and serviceability. -Development and coordination for site specific task instructions -Motivating and Developing People Motivating employees for high performance and developing them in the company's interest and in accordance with the employees' potentials. -Keep Complex and/or Regional Manager informed of abnormal or critical situations in a timely manner. -Creating Synergies Working together constructively and thus creating synergies in the company's interest. -Continue strong relation relation with Local Union. -Oversee project during all aspects start to finish. -Track and report all regulatory events -Operate the business within budgetary guidelines and report progress and key performance indicators on a monthly basis

What You Bring

-Open Communication Being able to state a position and to openly address and fully discuss critical issues in the interests of the best possible result. -Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment -Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred. -Must be able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and easily adapt to changing situations. -Self-Management Managing and developing yourself in such a way that you are motivated and remain calm and effective (even under a heavy workload) -Knowledge of bid development and statement of requirements generation. -Financial skills: budgeting, costing, forecasting, statistical analysis, P&L ownership, cost accounting -BS in Engineering, construction management or equivalent experience considered. -Minimum 10 years of -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and determine a clear path of action with goals and metrics in all areas of responsibility. -Managing Complexity Precisely understanding complex topics and drawing logical conclusions. -Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees. -Experience with major equipment services such as: -Experience with electrical services: -Must be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently. -Experience with management of maintenance programs -Experience with equipment mechanical services: -Experience with Gannt charts, Critical Path Analysis and Resource Leveling -Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite -- including Excel, Word, MS Project, Power-point (or similar) -Previous project management experience required. -Language Ability -- Talking to others to convey information effectively. -Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk. -Ability to provide direction and hold a team accountable to meeting the desired results. -Must possess strong leadership skills. -Piping, HVAC, fire safety systems and elevator, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers. -Action Orientation Quickly initiating actions, pursuing them in a persistent manner (even if there are any obstacles) and proactively looking for solutions for internal and external customers. -Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high); the employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4-12 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift, stoop, or crouch. -Experience in 3rd party contract(s) management.
