The Role

Overview

Manages HR admin functions like recruitment, onboarding, policies, and Workday support.

Tasks

-Performing the Employment Lifecycle operations including onboarding, HR data maintenances, exit process, benefits execution and management, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion. etc. -Assists HR Manager in leading support activities for the region such as conducting workflow analysis, auditing sick and vacation leave, employee activities -Facilitates the recruitment process by determining best method of recruitment, developing interview questions and coordinating all aspects of recruitment -Provides assistance as required to all regional HR initiatives, by ensuring familiarity with HR programs/policies such as deployment of new initiatives, provision of training to employees/managers (compensation planning, succession planning, etc.) -Coordinates with Managers and Team Leaders in the development and administration of regional HR policies and practices -Assists HR Manager in the development and writing of job descriptions for the regions.

What You Bring

-Several years of professional experience in a dynamic environment in which reliability and personal responsibility are required -Ideally, you have experience with Workday -Very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent written -You are characterized by a proactive, solution driven way of working and a high quality standard -Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a strong sense of responsibility -Completed studies or a comparable qualification
