Tasks

-Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process. -Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job -Driving a Dump Truck and DOT -Lead and supervise the on-site installation process – ensuring quality work and safety standards are met -Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations.

What You Bring

-Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful -Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. multiple times a day -A valid driver's license with a clean record is required -Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation. -Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
