Tasks

-Apply approved pricing factors and adhere to pricing floors -Provide support with estimating, contract preparation, and administrative tasks -Deliver finalized proposals to the Outside Sales Rep (OSR) for customer delivery -Support job close-out processes and documentation -Secure required approvals under the Delegation of Authority (DOA) -Work with field supervision to manage contract changes and ensure accurate/timely billing -Enter and update all opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) -Work with the Sales Rep to review and define project scope -Assist with bid conversion and job setup -Join Sales Reps on job walks to gather project details (support only, not customer-facing) -Create clear, timely proposals and store all documents in Salesforce -Prepare accurate estimates in BrandNet and SafQuote using production rates by area -Commercial estimator provides support to enable sales and operations success -Coordinate with construction and operations team to manage job-site activities

What You Bring

-Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple functional teams -Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment -Degree in Construction Management / Engineering or equivalent experience (foreman-level scaffolder with estimating aptitude) -Strong organizational & communication skills -Construction/scaffold industry knowledge preferred -Experience with estimating software preferred (BrandNet, SafQuote, SmartPlan) -Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) -Computer savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage high bid volumes -Adaptability to evolving tools and processes with strong problem-solving skills
