The Role

Overview

Lead electrical projects, coordinating design, installation, commissioning and handover.

Tasks

-Attend general site meetings and action points raised. -Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commission plan on site. -Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team. -Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment. -Manage handover process and maintain Document Management System. -Communicate any innovative project-specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D). -Attend project start up meetings. -Hold meetings with Subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery. -Collate and manage technical submittals ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval. -Raise and manage RFI’s. -Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project. -Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project. -Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations. -Generate biweekly/monthly snag list and improvements. -Manage labour tracker.

What You Bring

From design stage to installation and ongoing maintenance, the highly skilled workforce delivers efficient, reliable, and best-in-class services to clients. -Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred. -Experience of supervising teams. -Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role. -Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.

Benefits

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £5000 Car Allowance
