-Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information -Ensuring the right technician is scheduled on the right service -Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability -Monitor performance of Service Technicians -Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner -Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
