What You Bring
-0-5 years of structural design experience - emphasis on bridge structures preferred. -Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence. -Engineer-In-Training Certification required. Eligibility and willingness to pass PE test within 1 year required. -Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structures by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, Inc (EAC/ABET). -Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred. -Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges. -Computer skills desired include Bridge Design Software, Computer Aided Drafting (Microstation Connect and OpenBridge preferred). -Requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as interpersonal skills.
