Overview

Operate CCTV and robotic equipment for pipeline inspections and rehabilitation.

Tasks

-Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment -Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and homeowners -Operate remote closed-circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and / or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation -Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels -Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment -Confined space entry utilizing Insituform’s safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner -Maintain, complete and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and / or client -Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control

What You Bring

-Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required) -High School diploma or equivalent preferred -Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces -Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles -Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report -Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state) -Minimum of two years experience in trenchless installation, including robotic tap cutting preferred -NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred -Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
