Tasks

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth planning, execution, and monitoring of all project dispatches. This role requires proactive coordination between production, warehouse, logistics, and project management teams to ensure every dispatch is executed with accuracy, speed, and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by achieving on-time deliveries with minimal turnaround time (TAT). -Maintain and track dispatch timelines to ensure minimal TAT from production to site delivery. -Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays proactively by collaborating across departments. -Monitor real-time status of dispatches and provide timely updates to internal teams. -Dispatch Accuracy Rate (correct items and quantities delivered) -Ensure all dispatch-related documentation (invoices, delivery challans, packing lists) is complete, accurate, and compliant. -Maintain dispatch records and prepare reports on dispatch performance, delays, and improvements. -Plan, schedule, and monitor all project dispatches on a daily and weekly basis. -Coordinate closely with project managers, warehouse, procurement, and transport teams to ensure readiness of materials before dispatch. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch efficiency and accuracy. -Ensure adherence to company policies on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. -Optimize dispatch routes and loads for cost and time efficiency.

What You Bring

-Average TAT (Turnaround Time) for dispatch completion -On-time Dispatch % (vs. planned schedule) -4–8 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/operations management, preferably in manufacturing, interiors, or related industries. -Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and dispatch tracking tools. -Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field. -Strong understanding of inventory, logistics, and dispatch planning systems. -Excellent coordination and communication skills. -Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. -Inter-team Coordination Efficiency and issue resolution speed
