Tasks

-Monitor IFS job queues and report any failures. -Develop and maintain user documentation, support materials, and testing protocols. -Manage application access requests and resolve access-related concerns. -Deliver first-line support to IFS users via the HALO ticketing system, addressing application-related queries and issues. -Collaborate with Fugro’s internal Level 2 support and team leads to ensure SLA compliance and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. -Analyze reported incidents, perform initial root cause assessments, and guide users toward resolution.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with SLA-driven environments and ITIL practices is advantageous. -Excellent command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Middle East, India, Europe, and Africa. -Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive, results-driven approach. -2–5 years of experience in application support or IT service desk roles. -Flexibility to work across time zones and coordinate with global teams.
