Tasks

-Review and interpret asbestos reports to provide contractors with the necessary information for safe work practices. -Responding to associated risk-related actions promptly and within appropriate timeframes. -Maintain a highly organised and logical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and effective diary management to meet all deadlines. -Provide support in preparing minutes for meetings with your contractor, as well as facilitating ongoing relationship management throughout the duration of the contract. A full Role Profile is attached to this advert. -Manage the fire alarm and related fire equipment programs, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. This role includes conducting internal audits against both in-house data and information provided by external contractors.
