-Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere. -Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of 25-40 employees, including Assistant Managers and baristas, to deliver top-tier customer service. -Operations & Compliance: Uphold food safety protocols, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and equipment maintenance. -Sales & Profitability: Drive sales, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. -Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and financial procedures. -Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity while balancing labor costs. -Performance Management: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

What You Bring

-Must be able to travel to Omaha, NE for training during the first four weeks. -Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting. -2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or retail environment. -Food service experience required; coffee shop experience preferred. -Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
