Tasks
-Support audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders -Monitor billing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submissions -Review project data, time sheets, and expenses to ensure accurate billing -Maintain organized billing files and support documentation -Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting -Generate and distribute regular billing reports as needed -Prepare and process client invoices in compliance with contract terms and company policies -Continuously review billing processes for efficiency and compliance improvements -Communicate with project managers, field personnel, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
