Tasks

-Collaborate with SEO and digital teams to optimize web content for search engines and user experience. -Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft cohesive brand stories that connect emotionally with audiences and reinforce brand values. -Assign writing tasks and ensure deadlines are met across multiple departments and projects. -Partner with marketing, design, sales, and product development teams to create strategic, customer-focused messaging. -Write, edit, and review copy for a wide range of channels, including: -Support major campaign launches, new community openings, and seasonal initiatives with tailored messaging. -Translate complex homebuilding concepts and technical information into easy-to-understand, engaging content. -Bring fresh storytelling ideas that differentiate the brand in a competitive housing market. -Develop and maintain brand voice and messaging guidelines tailored to diverse homebuyer segments across the country. -Continuously improve content effectiveness by leveraging performance data, customer feedback, and market trends.

What You Bring

-Internal communications and executive messaging -2+ years of professional copywriting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or editorial role. -Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. -Strong understanding of residential real estate, homebuilding, or lifestyle branding preferred. -Exceptional grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills. -Portfolio of work demonstrating clear, effective, brand-aligned copy across multiple platforms. -Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
