Tasks

-Champion collaboration and high performance across design and field operations. -Drive client engagement, reporting directly to the Owner’s Rep and key stakeholders. -Be part of a flagship $1B programme that will set new benchmarks in hyperscale delivery. -Lead project delivery for a large-scale hyperscale data centre campus (multiple buildings / 100+ MW). -Ensure alignment with safety, compliance, and sustainability standards across the programme. -Manage internal project teams and subcontractor relationships across civil, structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines. -Oversee all construction phases — from preconstruction through commissioning — ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

What You Bring

-Exceptional client-facing, leadership, and commercial acumen. -10–15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, ideally within mission-critical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments. -Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and data centre design requirements. -Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. -Proven track record delivering large-scale ($500M+) new build projects.
