Business Performance Analyst - Generation Station Projects (Mid or Senior)(Hybrid)

Tasks

-Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature. -Identify and implement better work and business processes. -Analyze and recommend data collection process improvements. -Work independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. -Develop and/or maintain Power BI dashboard and reporting workspaces. -Ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. -Provide aid and leadership to co-workers with all relevant project controls functions in coordination with the Project Controls Coordinator. -Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. -Define and develop performance metrics. -Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.

What You Bring

-Power BI (dashboard development and maintenance) -Self-Management (minimal supervision, high motivation) -Experience with SAP and database management tools (like SQL) is preferred. -Financial Modeling (cost allocation, benefit analysis) -Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite products. -Effective analytical skills -Communication (presenting findings, working across teams) -Excellent computer skills. -Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. -Demonstrated Power BI proficiency. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Process Improvement (automation, workflow tracking) -Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. -Specifically, the candidate must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Excel including advanced functions and pivot tables.
