Maintain an organized and efficient uniform inventory, keeping track of team member needs and reporting restocking requirements to the manager
Handle minor repairs such as hemming, button replacements, and other alterations to keep uniforms looking their best
Ensure the uniform room is kept organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Coordinate uniform pick-ups and drop-offs with dry cleaning services, ensuring schedules are adhered to and all uniforms are returned in pristine condition
Provide laundry, pressing, and sewing services for guest clothing, ensuring that all items are treated with care and returned to guests promptly
Ensure all uniforms and linens are cleaned, pressed, and stored appropriately, with a focus on attention to detail and luxury service standards
Support the hotel’s operational needs by performing additional tasks as necessary, including assisting with room attendant duties or other housekeeping-related activities
Respond promptly to guest requests for laundry, pressing, and other clothing services, ensuring they are met in a timely, professional manner
Receive, inspect, and record all soiled uniforms, sending them out for cleaning and pressing, while ensuring proper handling and timely processing

Ability to provide exceptional guest service, handling guest clothing requests with care and ensuring timely delivery of services
A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Prior experience as a seamstress, with the ability to utilize a sewing machine and hand-sew light alterations such as hemming, button replacement, and minor repairs
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Experience with ironing and pressing clothing to ensure it is always presented in pristine condition
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring all uniforms and guest clothing are processed and returned in the best possible condition
Ability to manage uniform inventory, track needs, and coordinate dry cleaning and laundry services efficiently
