Dynamic and Experienced Contract & Commercial Manager Wanted! We are seeking a strong Contract and Commercial Manager to oversee the contract processes and commercial strategies for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a solid background in engineering project management. This position is critical for ensuring the successful management of our projects and building strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and at least 5 years of experience in this area. -Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite. -At least 7 years of managerial experience in contract management within the construction industry. -Experience in contract management within the Middle Eastern construction sector. -Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. -Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Construction Management or Contract Law.
