Tasks

-Work on premium commercial sites for prestigious clients within the real estate industry. -Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. -Support sub-contractor supervision and ordering of materials when needed. -Maintain all on-site records, paperwork, and company equipment in excellent condition. -Take full ownership of assigned contracts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and communication with administrators and site contacts. -Provide mobile maintenance services across multiple client sites in Central London, including both electrical and air-conditioning systems. -Report and recommend remedial works or improvements where required. -Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota (with weekly call-out allowance).

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly. -Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving in Central London traffic, as this is a core part of the role. -Self-motivated, proactive, and organised with a hands-on approach. -Qualified in a trade discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration). -Confident working independently across multiple client locations. -Strong experience in commercial building maintenance, both planned and reactive.
