Tasks

-Procuring subcontract & supplier packages, issuing tender inquiries, compiling tenders -Liaising with and reporting to the Company Director -Monitoring all ongoing commercial aspects during the course of the project -Compiling cost reports & projecting -Liaising with the Project Team & Design Team to ensure the program, details and specifications are met

What You Bring

-Commercial experience -Ability to reach targets in tight deadlines -Qualification in Quantity Surveying -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of RIAI & GCC forms of contract -Works well as part of a team
