The Role
Overview
Field service engineer performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of turbine control equipment at customer sites.

Tasks
-Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance). -Being the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site. -Being responsible to perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following the TPS Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures. -Providing records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations. -Performing in autonomy some of the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of TPS Rotating equipment in the Field at Customer Sites. -Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures. -Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. He/she may be able to provide limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field.

What You Bring
-Working hours needed by the customer including 50-75% traveling and working 50-60 hours per week when needed. -Have functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills. -Have Two-year Technical Degree preferred and industry experience and Turbomachinery Product Services product line training required. -Have at least 2yrs of experience with controls maintenance procedures for turbo machinery -Be Legally able to work in Canada without Sponsorship
