Tasks

-Work with IDS to verify written contracts. -Coordinate with Accounts Payable to establish vendor number and inactivate vendors. -Work with Community Construction Managers and other internal associates on various insurance related items. -Maintain files both physical and computer generated (excel worksheet and IDS website). -Work with insurance agents and underwriters to obtain proper verbiage on certificates and endorsements, also to obtain the proper paperwork. -Work with Vendors on various items such as pricing, past due invoices, contracts, and insurance. -Ensure that contractors have insurance including general liability, auto liability, etc.
