Tasks

-Leading and managing post-contract delivery across multiple development schemes -Monitoring performance, identifying risks and resolving issues with a focus on long-term outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction -Building strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, regulators and internal teams -Driving performance, compliance and continual improvement to achieve projects on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards -Supporting, coaching and developing a high-performing delivery team

What You Bring

You will need a full UK driving licence, and undertake a basic DBS and consumer check. We’re seeking an experienced head of post-contract to take ownership of the delivery phase of our development programme. This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure projects are completed successfully, contracts are managed effectively, and teams are supported to achieve excellence at every stage. This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from either of our main offices in Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury, with regular travel across the Midlands. You will also need flexibility to support on sites at weekends when required. -A proven track record in post-contract/project delivery within housing or construction. -Resilience, adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure. -Experience of leading teams and building strong partnerships. -Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills, with excellent communication skills. -Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in project or construction management.
