Drive front‑end sales of heat exchangers, dry coolers for food & beverage and transport.

Tasks
-Generate enquiry for Heatexchanger, dry &adiabatic radiators fromEPC/OEM & End users ie cold room, Process plants. Initiate the process of getting certified as approved vendor by Consultants, Private Customers, Government Agencies -To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. -Annual Budget preparation for Order Intakebased on Marketpotential & identifying market potential with various sources. -Project review with Cross-functional teams for smoothexecution of project. Project review meetings with customer / Consultant, Submission of project documents & getting approval from customer / consultant. -Ensuring Order intake targetis achieved. OrderIntake target wouldbe assigned min INR16- 20Cr per year. -Perform as Front-end Sales in Heat Exchanger market independently ie Sugar, Distillery (Ethanol), Dairy, Edible Oil, Brewery &Beverages for PHE, Dry coolers &condensers, Adiabatic Radiators, Air cooling units. -To be aware of,and adhere to,all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant toyour role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partners. -To adhere to all Company processes and procedures -CRM/Connect tools use to Manage enquiry pipeline, forecast, generate new opportunities increase enquiry base. Provide accurate forecasts for the month, quarter & year based on connect enquiry base. -To comply with the Company Code of Conduct -Must lead the process independently from enquiry generation, client engagement,

What You Bring
-Adequate Technical and Commercial Knowledge of the business & large value deals -discussions with consultants / EPC/client for final negotiations towards order closure & most important must be well versed with various payment terms for large deals. -At least 5 years related experience in Front End Sales, of which minimum 3 years of experience in PHE, S&T along with EPC handling is must. -Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency, and integration – should know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally) -Good analytical and problem-solving skills are required -Ability to effectively present information to top management. -Very good co-ordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment -Ability to analyze information and develop strategies to ensure committed budget -Adequate Commercial Knowledge for handling high value contracts -Willingness to trave as this job requires >50% travel . -Engineering Degree with >60% CGPA -Technical knowledge to understand the customer requirement is needed -Ability to communicate articulately and quickly - both written and spoken English -Should have network withclients, engineering consultants, EPC companies, Distillery Consultant in the Food & Beverages segment.
