What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience of strategy development, program design and workshop facilitation -Capacity and preparedness to work flexible hours, including after-hours/weekend work as required at various project locations, -Demonstrated operational and strategic experience in leading community development -A police background check is required -Highly developed stakeholder engagement abilities including an understanding of IAP2 principles -Possess the capacity to work largely independently and to set priorities, plan/organise work and meet deadlines -Current Working with Children's Check -High-level of computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop publishing tools such as Canva and email marketing software (Salesforce) -Demonstrated experience in delivering community programs, managing events, strategic activations and coordinating community development -A current driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is required -A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience in Placemaking, Community Development and/or Social Sustainability -Proven experience in successful pre-Development Approval community consultation with critical issues and communications management -First Aid certificate
