This position will incorporate a blend of field and office responsibilities including topographic, control, boundary, laser scanning and construction surveying. The use of GPS units and robotic total stations as well as, laser scanning and field to finish. PLS licensure is not required.

McMahon has immediate openings for an experienced Land Surveyor in their Valparaiso, Indiana office.

  • 3+ years experience
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record to meet company insurance standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to post process point cloud data a plus.
  • Ability to walk over rough terrain.
  • Established history of working safely in the field.
  • Civil 3D drafting.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
